CMD-Series

Power Pack Electromagnetic Current Generators with AC, HWDC and FWDC Magnetization

The CMD-2060 is our multi-directional stationary power pack for mag particle testing. This current generator can easily be integrated with custom handling equipment or used to update old horizontal wet bench units. The CMD-2060 unit comes with 2 outputs. The multi-directional magnetization feature finds defects in all orientations with just one cycle and the outputs can be independently adjusted to balance the magnetic field intensity.

CMD‑Series provides configurable AC/HWDC current outputs, shot timing, and safeties for reliable indication formation on large parts.
